- No smoking is allowed in units, and there is a USD $300 fine for violations. Smoking is only on the 3rd-floor outdoor patio of the common area.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Smoking is not allowed in units.
- The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date.
- The loading/unloading zone is across the street from the resort, with a 15-minute parking limit. Self-parking is one block away and there is a fee.
