- All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.
- Holy Week, Christmas, and New Year's reservations MUST prepay the mandatory all-inclusive plan fees at least 30 days before arrival, or they will be canceled. Hotel Units 04/02 can only accommodate up to 3 adults. Unit views and locations are subject to availability.

- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
Mandatory all-inclusive program is required for a minimum of 2 adults in 1-bedroom units, 3 adults in 2-bedroom units, and 6 adults in 3-bedroom units. The all-inclusive fees must be paid for a minimum of 4 nights. Children's rate applies to those 7-12 years of age. The Program includes gourmet food, premium drinks, reservations at 5 a la carte gourmet restaurants with signature cuisine, and personalized 4 Diamond service. Also included are The Beach and MozzaMare Restaurant food and drink service at the beach and pool with a lunch menu, and theme nights are featured in our Omaggio Restaurant. A pillow menu plus nightly turn-down service is provided each night at your residence with various homemade Mexican sweets. For an additional fee, the pool and beach areas offer fresh towels, sunscreen, clean lenses, reading books, and more. Pool and Beach amenities, with canapes, ice cream, a selection of fruits, and fresh bottled water are available. In addition to full food and beverage service in this area, guests have unlimited access to the services and facilities of our sister development, Marival Emotions Resort & Suites ®, Nuevo Vallarta. Transportation between developments runs 24 hours. Guests receive discounts on unlimited rounds of golf, and free babysitting service for a maximum of 8 hours per day. There is a 5-night minimum stay required. Complimentary wifi (restrictions apply), free tennis clinics, 24-hour room service (with a 10% charge on your total account), butler service, water, and soft drinks in the refrigerator of your residence are all offered. Fees are payable directly to the resort unless otherwise stated. Fees are subject to change without notice, at the resort's discretion, and may vary per night or week based on the season of travel, such as high season and holiday weeks. All fees are based on the guest information provided at the time of booking, including but not limited to the number of guests traveling and the age of guests. Please verify that the all-inclusive fee is correct on your confirmation based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any change to traveler information may result in a difference in fee amount and is the responsibility of the guest traveling. All-inclusive fees are the responsibility of the guest to pay in the timeline designated by the confirmed resort, which may be prior to arrival or upon check-in.
