- If a Guest Certificate is added after the reservation was booked, email the Guest Certificate to allinclusivepre-payment@globalbureau.com so the resort is aware of the updated name. Before travel, it is strongly suggested to contact the resort or access the resort website, and check local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Preferred Program additionally includes a private check-in and check-out area with a lounge bar, in-room internet access, pillow menu, mini bar, room service menu, private continental breakfast, private beach with fine liquors bar & snack services, and preferred treatment. Units can accommodate up to three adults, or two adults and two children under 12 years old.

- The all-inclusive fees are calculated based on the traveler's information provided at the time the reservation was finalized.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
Mandatory Unlimited Luxury All Inclusive Program Fees are per Adult, per night. Adults Only (must be over 18 years old). Fees apply depending on the unit type confirmed. Minimum Occupancy of 2 Adults per room required! 3 Night Minimum Stay required! RCI inbounds who will be arriving late or staying less than 7 nights MUST call the (UVC) reservations line at 1-844-842-4527 THREE days in advance or they will be held responsible for paying an All Inclusive fee for 7 nights.
