Resort Fees
- Extra bed/cot fee is 178.50 local currency for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. An extra bed is RM 178.50 per bed per night.
- Mandatory security deposit fee is 300 to 200 local currency for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. The security deposit per room per night is RM 200.00.
- Mandatory tourist tax fee is 10 local currency . Cash or Credit is accepted. Tourism Tax per unit per night payable for all non-Malaysians foreign tourists.

Policy Restrictions
- No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy.
- Pet Information: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
Other Information
- A penalty of RM500.00 will be charged for removing or separating the mattress from the divan, bringing food or fruits with strong odors or permanent stain marks, cooking, smoking, or bringing pets into the room or resort grounds.
- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- Electrical appliances are not allowed in the hotel's premises. Damage to the hotel's property will be charged accordingly. If you wish to bring your own food, beer, wine, liquor, or soft drinks in cartons, a corkage charge will be applied. Please avoid excessive noise and maintain a safe and healthy environment during your stay.
- Internet access prepaid card is $12 local currency per hour. Extra guests are RM 152.85, and children are RM 91.80 per person per night. A baby cot is RM 81.60 per night, and a tourism tax is RM 10 per room per night. The penalty fee for an excessively messy room is RM350.00, and a damaged mattress and divan is RM3,500.00 per set. There will be charges for dirty or stained linens.
