In a breathtaking beach setting, The Royal Sands® is a five-star resort with 340 ocean-view, fully equipped two-bedroom master suites that sleep up to six people. The resort's All-Inclusive package features meals and drinks at the resort restaurants and bars and at Cancun restaurants Captain's Cove, Hacienda Sisal and El Conquistador (reservations required), activities and entertainment for all ages, pools, tennis courts, sailboats, gym, kid's club, in-room minibar and coffee, room service, Wi-Fi, bathrobes, daily maid service, taxes and tips, and access to all-inclusive activities and amenities at The Royal Haciendas in Playa del Carmen, including Los Murales restaurant (transport not included). Also available at the resort for an additional fee: Spa, beauty salon. marina, tour and car rental desks, gift shop, jewelry store, a mini-market, coffee shop, express food take-out service, certain premium food and drink items.The resort has a golf program.

- Mandatory usage fee is 10.00 USD, per person, per stay, for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. Foreigners must complete form & payment at https://visitax.gob.mx prior to departure.
Resort Fees
- Mandatory environment tax fee is 67.42 MXN for all units, per night, per unit. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory Environmental Tax is per unit, per night in Hotel & 1-Bedroom units.

All Inclusive Information1
This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
All-inclusive fees for guests 13-17 pay the teenager pricing, and children 4-12 pay the child pricing. A minimum stay of 4 nights is required, and rates can change without notice, however, no minimum all-inclusive fee per room applies. Fees vary by dates of travel, such as high season and Holiday weeks. Discover and Traveler's Checks in USD are NOT accepted. All inclusive fees cancelation policies: A 50% penalty of the AI payment will apply if cancellation or any change occurs at check-in or during the stay. A 100% penalty of the AI payment will apply in case of no-show. No refund will apply for reservations booked within 24 hours prior to check-in. In case of natural disasters, regular cancellation policies will apply. If Royal Resorts is unable to receive guests, the full prepaid amount will be converted into an open credit valid for 18 months for a future reservation. The rates for the new reservation will be based on the booking date.
