The ocean-view master suites at The Royal Sands are spacious, comfortably furnished and fully equipped. All are two bedroom, two bathroom units sleeping six and they can be split into a one-bedroom suite sleeping four and a room for two people, with independent access. All two and one-bedroom suites have a kitchen, large living/dining area, Murphy beds and an open-air terrace with ocean views. Amenities include: fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishware and cookware), comfortable living and dining area with Murphy bed in lounge, central air-conditioning, TV, DVD, sound system, phone and in-room safe, Wi-Fi, private furnished terrace. The room for two has a small balcony, coffee maker, microwave oven and a small fridge.

To get to The Royal Sands from Cancun International Airport follow the signs to the Zona Hotelera (Hotel Zone) and drive along Boulevard Kukulcan until you reach the resort, which is located at Km 13.5, between the Ritz Carlton Cancun and Kukulcan Mall. All Inclusive Information
Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in all-inclusive and are required to pay the associated fees. You'll pay a base price when you book with Armed Forces Vacation Club and additional fees will be due directly to the resort at or before check-in. The additional fees are detailed on each resort's page as well as during the booking process.
Mandatory All-inclusive Program. Teen fees apply to 13-17 years old and child fees apply to 4-12 years old. A minimum stay of 4 nights is required. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. The resort does not accept Discover credit cards, or Traveler's Checks in American Dollars. No minimum occupancy per unit is required. The resort participates in the RCI pre-payment program and obtains benefits by paying at least 30 days before check-in. Fees are payable directly to the resort unless otherwise stated. Fees may vary per night or week based on season of travel, such as high season and holiday weeks. All fees are based on the guest information provided at the time of booking, including but not limited to the number of guests traveling and the age of guests. Please verify that the All-inclusive fee is correct on your confirmation based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any change to traveler information may result in a difference in fee amount and is the responsibility of the guest traveling. All-inclusive fees are the responsibility of the guest to pay in the timeline designated by the confirmed resort, which may be prior to arrival or upon check-in.

Some activities have additional fees when the All Inclusive is not purchased. Gym: 15 USD per day; 60 USD per week. Boogie boards: 12 USD. Sailing classes: 5 USD. Some activities and night galas have a Recovery Fee.
Security deposit is based on the type of unit confirmed: 2 Bedroom units require 600 USD deposit. 1 Bedroom units require 400 USD deposit. Hotel units require 200 USD deposit. Per local health authorities restrictions on COVID 19 resort requires the use of mask in common areas and kids club.
