The Flamingo Cancun Resort offers fully equipped rooms that provide both comfort and security for our customers. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the Caribbean Sea or lagoon from their rooms. All hotel units are non-smoking with either one or two beds. Units located between the second and fifth floors offer either a hotel zone or garden views. The Hotel units can accommodate a maximum of three adults and one child or two adults and two children. The one-bedroom units have two double beds and a living room with a sofa, with occupancy for up to four adults. The two-bedroom units are composed of two Hotel units side by side and have one king bed, 2 double beds, and a living room with a sofa bed, with an ocean or garden view. These units can accommodate up to six people.

Security deposit covers for services with extra fee and as a guarantee for damages in furniture, linen or facilities. If not required, this deposit will be refunded 100% upon check-out.
Hotel Flamingo (D431) owners cannot confirm back into the Hotel Flamingo properties D431 or D584 thru RCI.
All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.

All Inclusive Information
Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in all-inclusive and are required to pay the associated fees. You'll pay a base price when you book with Armed Forces Vacation Club and additional fees will be due directly to the resort at or before check-in. The additional fees are detailed on each resort's page as well as during the booking process.
Mandatory All Inclusive Program *A Minimum 5 Night Stay is required. *There is a Minimum Occupancy of 2 Adults in Hotel and 1 Bedroom units required. For 2 Bedroom units minimum occupancy of 6 Adults is required. *Child Fee applies from 6-12 years old. *Single Occupancy (1 Adult traveling only in Hotel and 1 Bedroom units) fee will apply per night. New Years Supplement will also apply for the night of December 31st.
