Email and inform resort in advance of late arrival or cancellation, sole discretion to release unit/s without notice. Bagdogra Airport will remain shut from April 11 to 25, for refurbishing works on the sole runway

Utility fee is applicable on full week basis regardless of duration of stay. Extra bed charges applicable Rs.1800 + 18% GST.
