- Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have any privacy.
- Pet Information: Pets are not permitted at the resort.

- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Email and inform resort in advance of late arrival or cancellation, it is the resort's sole discretion to release units without notice. Extra bed charges applicable: Rs.1800 + 18% GST.
- Guest Certificate Policy: 48 hours prior notice, failing which guest will be charged daily room rent. Carry Basic Medicines since nearest hospital is 15Km's away from the resort.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
