Check-in is at the Palladium Travel Club - Convention Center. Palladium Travel Club members cannot confirm any Palladium Resort through RCI. 1 Bedroom 08/04 units are composed of two separate Hotel units and allow a maximum 6 adults + 2 children; this unit doesn’t allow 7 or 8 ADULTS per unit. A minimum of 3 adults is required.

To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation.

Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.

If a member wants to stay for less than 7 nights or will check in on a different date than the one they have confirmed, they will need to advise the resort at least 20 days prior to check-in. This can be done by emailing exchangereservations.club@palladiumtravelclub.com or calling 1-877-296-9330 for the US or 1-877-287-0724 for Canada.

Members must contact the resort at least 15 days prior to arrival to provide their RCI ID, name, and number of adults and kids by emailing exchangereservations.club@palladiumtravelclub.com. Room service is available 24 hours a day for a fee of $10 USD per service, per room, for up to 3 plates per person.
