The Hotel and Studio 04/02 units can accommodate three adults, two adults and two children, or three adults and one child. The two-bedroom 08/04 units can host six adults or six adults with two children. The unit does not allow for seven or eight adults, requiring a minimum of three adults.

Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in all-inclusive and are required to pay the associated fees. You'll pay a base price when you book with Armed Forces Vacation Club and additional fees will be due directly to the resort at or before check-in. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

Other Information

Check-in is at the Palladium Travel Club - Convention Center. Palladium Travel Club members cannot confirm any Palladium Resort through RCI. 1 Bedroom 08/04 units are composed of two separate Hotel units and allow a maximum 6 adults + 2 children; this unit doesn’t allow 7 or 8 ADULTS per unit. A minimum of 3 adults is required.

**No elevator at the resort**

To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation

All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.

Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

If member wants to stay less than 7 nights, or will check-in on a different date from the one they have confirmed, they must advise resort at least 20 days prior to their check-in by sending an e-mail to: reservations8.club@palladiumtravelclub.com or by phoning from the US: 1-877/296-9330; or from Canada 1-877/287-0724.

Members must contact the resort at least 15 days prior to arrival to provide the following information: RCI ID, Name, and number of adults and kids, to the following email: reservations3.club@palladiumtravelclub.com Room Service is available 24 hours daily with a fee of $10 USD per service, per room (up to 3 plates per person).
