- Hotel unit Unlimited Luxury Program includes all meals, cocktails & beverages. Most rooms have a private balcony; all have air-conditioning, 24-hour room service, mini bar refreshed daily, bathroom with tub or shower, telephone, satellite television, safe box, DVD, coffee maker & deluxe amenities.
- If a Guest Certificate is added after the reservation was booked, email certificate to allinclusivepre-payment@globalbureau.com In order to receive ALL of the owner benefits and discounts, UVC owners cannot confirm UVC properties (Dreams, Secrets, Now, Breathless, Zoetry & Sunscape) thru RCI. Violations will be cancelled.
- Members must call GBS/UVC at least 3 days before check in if more than 2 people are traveling or the reservation will be made for 2 adults by default.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Studio Unit Preferred Program additionally includes private check-in and check-out area with lounge bar, in-room internet access, pillow menu, mini bar, room service menu, private continental breakfast, private beach with fine liquors bar and snack services, preferred treatment. Secrets is currently operating with limited service areas and restaurants and is expected to be fully operational soon.
- To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation.
- Units allow up to 2 Adults + 1 Child under 13 years old. The $200 resort coupons offered for the all-inclusive prepayment are only applicable when booking treatments at the spa, reserving romantic dinners, or purchasing a bottle of wine.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
The mandatory unlimited luxury all-inclusive program requires a minimum of 3 nights stay and an occupancy of 2 adults per room. The fees apply depend on the unit type confirmed. Child fees apply for children aged 3 to 12 years old. A mandatory New Year's Eve child supplement will apply. Hotel units will receive the unlimited luxury program inclusions, and Studio units will receive the unlimited luxury program inclusions plus the preferred services. Different fees apply during the same week confirmed, and they will be charged daily for each stay. For RCI inbounds who will arrive late or stay less than 7 nights, they MUST call the (UVC) reservations line at 1-844-842-4527 THREE days before the check-in date. Otherwise, they will be held responsible for paying an all-inclusive fee for 7 nights. The preferred club rooms offer personalized check-in and checkout with concierge service, preferred status and amenities, a preferred club member-only á la carte restaurant, which is open during breakfast and lunch, a private preferred club bar, a private preferred club pool, upgraded bath amenities, a whirlpool, a pillow menu, complimentary iPad access in preferred club lounge, upgraded mini-bar, and room service menu. Daily continental breakfast service is available in the lounge, along with afternoon hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, exquisite desserts, and fine liquors. Pool concierge and bar service are also available, and complimentary newspapers in English and Spanish are provided in-room every day upon request.
