- A government issued PHOTO id is required at check-in.
- Email and inform resort in advance of late arrival or cancellation, sole discretion to release unit/s without notice. Guest Certificate Policy: 48 hours prior notice, failing which guest will be charged daily room rent
- If a guest chooses to prepay for breakfast and dinner for all seven days either before or at the time of check-in, they will be eligible for a 40% discount on their meal expenses. For guests who do not prepay or stay less than 7 days a 20% discount will be applied to their food bills.
- In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
- Meal plan charges; Breakfast per day Rs 450 + 5% GST for Adult and for Child below 12 year Rs 300 + 5% GST. Lunch or Dinner per day Rs 750 + 5% GST for Adult and Child below 12 Year Rs 500 + 5% GST. below 5-year child complimentary
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, please call / check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Utility fee MUST be paid one week prior to arrival, failure to do so will result in cancellation. The resort will contact the member to arrange payment. The fee needs to be paid for the entire week regardless of the duration of stay. The one-bedroom unit is suitable for 2 Adults + 2 Children or 4 Adults. The studio unit is suitable for 2 Adults + 1 Child below the age of 12.
