Utility fee MUST be paid one week prior to arrival, failure to do so will result in cancellation. The resort will contact the member to arrange payment. The fee needs to be paid for the entire week regardless of the duration of stay. The one-bedroom unit is suitable for 2 Adults + 2 Children or 4 Adults. The studio unit is suitable for 2 Adults + 1 Child below the age of 12.
A government issued PHOTO id is required at check-in.
Email and inform resort in advance of late arrival or cancellation, sole discretion to release unit/s without notice. Guest Certificate Policy: 48 hours prior notice, failing which guest will be charged daily room rent
If a guest chooses to prepay for breakfast and dinner for all seven days either before or at the time of check-in, they will be eligible for a 40% discount on their meal expenses. For guests who do not prepay or stay less than 7 days a 20% discount will be applied to their food bills.
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
