Extra Bed charges: Adults (Over 12 yrs old): Rs.1000 + GST (per night). Children: Rs.750 + GST (per night). Every 2 children under 12 yrs old will be considered as 1 adult. Hotel units are suitable for 2 adults & 1 child less than 5 years of age.

For ALL RCI guests (including children): it is mandatory to present a Government-approved & valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport) at the time of check-in at the resort. A 10% Discount is given to RCI members as a special member privilege on Food & Soft Beverages.

For late arrivals & cancellations, guests must email & inform the hotel in advance; it is the resort's sole discretion to release unit/s without notice. Wi-Fi is available on a chargeable basis. Guest Certificates must be processed at least 48 hours prior to arrival; failure will result in the guest being charged daily room rent.

Mandatory Sterling Access fee of INR 7700 inclusive of taxes per unit payable directly to Sterling at the time of check-in at the resort irrespective of the duration of stay
