- All pools –turkish hamam-steam rooms are separate gender scheduled use.
- Aquapark is open between 10:30 -12:00 am and 15:00-17:00 pm.
- Balcony heights in this resort are lower than normal, extra care should be taken.
- Complimentary mid-week cleaning services are provided.
- Consumption of alcohol not allowed in public areas.
- Every Monday the women's spa area and every Tuesday the men's spa area is closed for several hours for cleaning. The mixed thermal pool is closed for several hours on Wednesdays for cleaning.
- Fees charged for some utilities.
- Open area pools are mixed gender.
- Outdoor pool will be closed from October 15, Annually to June 1, Annually.

- The women's spa is closed through 3-29-25, however, women can use the men's pool. Women can use it from 9 am until 10:45 am, and 11 am until 12:45 pm, men can use it from 1 pm until 3:45 pm, women can use it from 4 pm until 6:45 pm, men can use it from 6:45 pm until 8:45 pm, women from 9 pm until 10:45 pm, and men can use it from 10:45 pm until cleaning and closure.
