- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Extra Bed charges: Adults (Over 12 yrs old): Rs.1000 + GST (per night). Children: Rs.750 + GST (per night). Every 2 children under 12 yrs old will be considered as 1 adult. Hotel units are suitable for 2 adults & 1 child less than 5 yrs of age. Wi-Fi available on a chargeable basis.
- For ALL RCI guests (including children) it is mandatory to present ar Government-approved & valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport) at the time of check-in at the resort. Guest confirming 2BR unit, resort will be providing a 1BR & Studio which are interconnected.
- Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
- Guests must notify the resort by email if they will arrive late or cancel their reservation. It is the resort's sole discretion to release units without notice. Wi-Fi is available for a fee. A 10% discount is offered to our RCI guests for food and soft drinks.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
