Studio unit Preferred Program additionally includes private check in & check out area with lounge bar, in room internet access, pillow menu, mini bar, room service menu, private continental breakfast, private beach with fine liquors bar and snack services, preferred treatment. Units allow up to 3 Adults or 2 Adults + 2 Children under 12 years old.

To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation

Hotel unit Unlimited Luxury Program includes all meals, cocktails & beverages. Most rooms have private balcony, air conditioner, 24 hour room service, mini bar daily, bathroom with tub or shower, telephone, satellite television, safe box, DVD, coffee maker & Deluxe amenities. Elevators/Lift are only at the lobby. There are only 4 handicapped units and they are subject to availability (not ADA).

Members must call GBS/UVC at least 3 days before check in if more than 2 people are traveling or the reservation will be made for 2 adults by default.

As of July 30th 2020, the country will require all incoming international travelers to present a negative COVID-19 test result dating back no more than 5 days prior to arrival. If a traveler is unable to do so, an onsite test will be conducted by local health officials. In the event that a traveler tests positive for COVID-19 at the airport, he/she will be quarantined in a government center.
