Resort Fees
- Parking fee is 6.40 U.S. dollars . Cash or Credit is accepted. One car per unit, per night. Additional and oversized vehicles incur added fees.
- Mandatory security deposit fee is 100.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory due at check-in.
Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 55.00 U.S. dollars for Studio units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Studio - Less than 7 night stay is $55.00 U.S. dollars.

- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
