- Mandatory security deposit fee is 200 to 1400 U.S. dollars for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. A mandatory credit card hold of $200 US per night is required at check-in; amt not used is refunded.
- Pets fee is 150 U.S. dollars for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. The fee is per pet, per stay. Limit 2 pets per unit. Dogs & Cats ONLY. Maximum weight: 18 KG/50 LB.

- According to official regulations and security protocols, all foreign guests, both residents and non-residents, must present a valid passport as the only accepted form of identification for check-in. These requirements ensure proper registration and compliance with security standards.
- All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.

- Legendary or Palace Premier owners with active or inactive memberships and RCI membership beginning with (C086, 3159, C793 & F102) cannot travel to any “All-Inclusive Hard Rock” properties. All violations will be canceled. They can travel to Hard Rock in Tenerife only (DE27, DG31 & DG32).
- Pet-friendly resort allows dogs and cats ONLY. Guests staying with pets MUST sign an agreement upon check-in.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
Guests can enjoy thrilling action in the biggest and best Caribbean casino, exhilarating nightlife, tantalizing culinary options, state-of-the-art meeting facilities, and rooms worth tweeting about, all infused with our legendary rock and roll vibe. This is Hard Rock and the best all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana, so YOU will be treated like a Rockstar, and this will be your world tour! Guests will enjoy the best seafood and Caribbean fare the Dominican Republic has to offer, but a whole globe of tasty treats is available for you. Our restaurants offer culinary adventures ranging from chic Asian-fusion to comforting home-cooked breakfasts. It's all great, and it's all included. Of course, the bars are fully stocked with your favorite wines, spirits, and beers. You must prepay the all-inclusive fees according to the seasonality of your travel. For the high Season, check-in dates between December 17 and January 4 at least 45 days before the check-in date. If a reservation is not prepaid, it will not be eligible for the discount and may be subject to cancellation. For Low season check dates between January 5 and December 16, you must prepay the all-inclusive fees at least 15 days before your scheduled check-in date. High Season: If canceled at least 45 days before check-in, a refund is offered. Otherwise, the fees are not refundable. The high season for 2025 is December 21 through January 5th, 2026, and April 13-19. If a refund is not requested, the amount paid may be applied to another reservation at an RCD Resorts property including Hard Rock Cancun, Hard Rock Riviera Maya, Hard Rock Vallarta, Hard Rock Los Cabos, Hard Rock Punta Cana and AVA resort Cancun, as long as it is cancelled 30 days before check-in.
