Studio unit Preferred Program additionally includes private check-in & check-out area with lounge bar, in-room internet access, pillow menu, mini bar, room service menu, private continental breakfast, private beach with fine liquors bar & snack services, and preferred treatment.

The new pick-up & drop-off location for guests is the Marina Hacienda del Mar, located at Km 1.5 of the Carretera Puerto Juarez-Punta Sam. Upon arrival guests will be taken to the new, private 40-foot Lounge Boat, Cocoon IV. There are two alternatives to reach the hotel after regular yacht operating hours:

1. “Cocoon” Yacht (charter service) - From 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.; surcharges apply from 10:31 p.m. to 5:59 a.m.; the supplemental charge for a one-way trip is USD $100.00. 2. Board the public ferry Ultramar** - Operating hours are from 5:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Cancun to Isla Mujeres & 5:30 a.m. to midnight from Isla Mujers to Cancun. Average cost per passenger is USD $8.00. **Ultramar ferry is the alternative in case Zoëtry Villa Rolandi’s yacht is not allowed to sail due to inclimate weather conditions or the closure of the port for small vessels. Front desk will contact your DMC to drop off guests at the Ultramar pier in Puerto Juarez, where a Zoëtry representative will accompany guests.
