Overview
Welcome to Evergreen Valley Inn. We are located in a remote area in Western Maine. Enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, golf, shopping, horseshoes, wildlife, and hiking. Enjoy Storyland, playhouses, music and more! Restaurants and 20 minutes away. A large grocery store is a half hour away. There are gas grills, picnic tables, a game room, laundry room, and a computer room on site. We offer free wi-fi and there is DVD collection available for check-out in our library. Enjoy screened in gazebo and flat screen televisions. Please do not rely on GPS or cell phone directions. You must turn onto West Stoneham Rd off Route 5 to get to Evergreen Valley Inn. If you go to Mountain Rd directly off Route 5, it's the wrong road.

Resort Fees
- Pets fee is 25.00 USD for all units, per night. Only Credit Cards accepted. Guests must pre-arrange to bring a pet. A signed contract and a daily Pet Fee are required.

- The resort has various unit types including studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and three-bedroom units, all with a fully stocked kitchen. There is a sofa or Murphy bed in some units, a spiral staircase in some, and multiple bathrooms in others. Some units are up to 1/4 mile from the Inn. Units are not air-conditioned, however, we offer window air-conditioners for a fee, if requested through the resort in advance.

Other Information
- 1 bedroom loft and studio with loft have spiral staircases with multiple levels. Unit size and description booked through RCI is the unit size and description you will occupy during your stay. Resort cannot honor unit move or upgrade requests.
- Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.
- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Please contact resort in advance for any special check in procedures. This is a NO smoking on property.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Resort does allow some small dogs only. There is a daily fee and you must contact the resort in advance to sign a Pet Contract with updated vaccination records. You must contact resort in advance regarding your pet to ensure permission. The dog's presence must not disrupt neighbors or resort guests.
- Smoking is not allowed in units.
