- All members who confirm Tauá MUST call up to one week before the check-in date to prepay the full board based on the days of the stay.
- In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
- Superior H 04/02 units can accommodate up to 5 people in the same room. An extra bed for the 5th person can be requested directly with the hotel. Studio and hotel units have no privacy.
- The mandatory full board includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner except for drinks. The rates are per person per night for adults and children. Two children under 12 years old in the same room with their parents do not pay full board.
