All Inclusive Information¹

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:

The mandatory all-inclusive meal plan includes food, drinks and alcoholic beverages served in the resort's restaurant and pool area and are charged per person, per day. If bringing children, one child through age 11 is not charged the all-inclusive fee when staying with a paying adult. For a 7-night stay, two adults bringing two children through age 11 will not be charged the all-inclusive for the children, only the two adults need to pay the mandatory all-inclusive fees when the children stay in the same room. Children under 2 years old are not charged the fee, but are still considered in the total occupancy of the unit. There are mandatory fees for Christmas and New Year's Eve dinner. Prices are subject to change by the resort without notice. Guest changes within the apartment will not be allowed during the stay. Guests who prepay the all-inclusive fees at least 7 days before their arrival date will receive a 5% discount. The all-inclusive fee payments can be split into 6 payments if the guest reservation is at least 3 months in the future. If the reservation is less than 3 months in the future, the fees can only be split into 2 payments.
