Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory cleaning fee is 25 to 55 U.S. dollars, per stay, . Cash or Credit is accepted. Fee varies by unit size and is for Wednesday check-ins, and stays more or less than 7 nights.
Resort Fees
- Service fee is 108 to 399 U.S. dollars . Cash or Credit is accepted. Utility fee is from USD $108-$399 per week per unit not prorated for stays other than 7 nights.
- Government Tax fee is 70 to 70.00 U.S. dollars. Cash or Credit is accepted. This government tax is $10.00 per night per unit.

- For RCI Points reservations, the possibility of a room move applies to all bookings that include a Saturday night stay, e.g Wed – Wed or Sat – Wed, etc. You will have to get your key reprogrammed every Saturday even if it’s the same unit. The resort enters all RCI Points arrivals within 30 days prior to the start date. If you book further out, your reservation is secure but the resort may not have it in their system yet.
