• Access to water activities including slides is available for a USD50 fee, per person, per day, for ages 4 and up. Water activities are open November to April. Resort is pet friendly. You must comply with the established rules, sign an affidavit, and pay USD30 per day. Pets are the responsibility of the owner and must be on a leash when outside your unit. Resort reserves the right of expulsion.
• HIGH season Benefits bracelet (December, January, February). Mandatory resort fee is USD 15.00, per person, per week, payable by cash or credit card. LOW season Benefits bracelet (March, April, Jul, Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov); HIGH SEASON RATE APPLIES IN CARNIVAL WEEK AND HOLY WEEK. Crystal Beach closed between May 1st and June 30th.
• In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
• Mandatory Benefit Bracelet includes Crystal Beach, Pirate Boat, 20% discount at Kalhua restaurant, 15% discount at Tienda Inglesa market, access to all DAS activities, towels, emergency medical care, and access to all Solanas pools and/or Green Park if applicable. Does not include water activities such as kayaks that are rented by the hour. Mandatory usage fee of USD 25.00. Cash or credit card accepted.
• Pets, depending on size, are allowed for a daily fee. Contact the resort in advance to discuss their pet policy. Please go to www.solanasvacation.com.ar/checkin before your trip to complete the check-in process. The check-in date and reservation number will be needed for all occupants. If you do not have your reservation number, you may request it from reservapde@solanasvacation.com.ar.
• Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
• RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resorts’ on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing).
