• High Season Benefits Wristband (Dec, Jan, and Feb) Crystal Beach is closed from 5/1 to 6/30. Access to water activities, including water slides, is available for an additional fee and is restricted to guests aged 4 and over. These activities operate from November through April and may be purchased as an optional daily service per person.
• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
• Large pets are not allowed, as they may pose a risk due to their size. Please visit www.solanasvacation.com.ar/checkin to check in before your arrival. You will need all the documents for you and your travel party, your scheduled check-in date, and a reservation number. If you do not have a reservation number, access reservaspde@solanasvacation.com.ar so one can be provided.
• Mandatory Benefits Wristband: Includes access to Crystal Beach, the Pirate Boat, a 15% discount at Kalhua Restaurant, a 10% discount at Tienda Inglesa, all DAS activities, towel service, medical coverage, emergency and nursing assistance, plus access to all Solanas and/or Green Park pools, as applicable. Water activities, such as kayaks, are not included and are rented separately.
• Pets are allowed for an additional daily fee. You must comply with established rules and sign paperwork stating you will be responsible for your pet and that the pet will stay on a leash. The hotel may expel guests if their pet causes a disturbance.
