- Pet Information: Pets are not permitted at the resort.

- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- All RCI guests, including children, must present their Government-approved & valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Passport) at the time of check-in at the resort. A 10% Discount on food and soft drinks is given to RCI guests. Wi-Fi is available fo a fee.
- Extra Bed charges for guests over age 12 is Rs.1000 + GST, per night. The extra bed charge for children up to age 12 is Rs.750 + GST, per night. Every two children under the age of 12 will be considered as one adult. Hotel units are best-suited for two adults and one child under the age of 5 years.
- Fees charged for some utilities.
- Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
