The resort’s accommodations were designed with the comfort of our guests in mind while including every appealing and convenient feature to enhance the overall exuberant vacation experience. Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory resort fee is 90.00 USD, per unit, per week, for 2 bedroom units. Only Credit Cards accepted. Per week, for two bedrooms units.
- Mandatory resort fee is 50.00 USD, per unit, per week, for 1 bedroom units. Only Credit Cards accepted.
- Mandatory resort fee is 65.00 USD, per unit, per week, for studio units. Only Credit Cards accepted.

- Please be advised that you, or anyone in your party, can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks per 12 month period within the following group of resorts: Grandview at Las Vegas (#6923), The Cliffs at Peace Canyon (#6389). This rule is strictly enforced and violations will be cancelled, no exceptions.
- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- Daily and/or midweek housekeeping services may be available for a fee.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Owners at Vacation Village Resorts are required to have ALL Resort Fees current before being allowed to check in to resorts 0160, 1504, 6057, 7559, 6389, 6923, DJ37, DJ38, 4300, 4856, D567, 4025, 0851, 4940, 5773, DJ50, DD68, DJ36, 3654, and DL05.
