Designed for diverse audiences, the resort is geared to families, young couples and the elderly. The recreation area is located on a single floor with a games room for Kids and Cyber space. The swimming pool will appeal to both adults & children and there are hot tubs - all in a heated enclosed environment. There's also a gym, dry sauna and 2 massage rooms - one for couples with a hot tub, as well as a modern lobby bar with varied attractions. For additional services, the resort's reception staff is trained to facilitate any type of tour and/or transfer required.

- Optional breakfast is R$55 per person per day for over 13 years old. Children from 8 to 12 years old pay 50% per person per day. Children under 7 are free. Payment is at check-out.
- Parking per day per car: R$ 40. Cleaning twice a week. The Gramado Parks resorts offer free transportation to the center of Gramado and Canela. The schedule varies from 9:00 AM to 7:40 PM. Arrange transportation and reception.
