- All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.
- Hotel 04/02 units can only accomodate 2 Adults + 2 Children, 3 Adults + 1 Child or 1 Adult + 3 Children (In this case 1 child would pay the Adult All Inclusive fee).

All Inclusive Information1
This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
Mandatory all-inclusive program fees are charged per person per night. For hotel units, the all-inclusive fees are applicable for a minimum of 2 adults per unit. Children's fees apply to those aged 4-12, and teens' fees apply to those aged 13-15. A mandatory 7-night stay is required for Christmas and New Year Weeks. Reservations for stays between December 20th and January 4th require payment of all-inclusive fees at least 90 days prior to the check-in date. Stays that include New Year's will be subject to a mandatory surcharge. Different fees apply during the confirmed week and will be charged daily according to the duration of the stay.
