Other Information
- All Inclusive Plan: The program is extended only to the number of individuals named in the reservation. Additional guests will be charged for the All Inclusive plan at check-in. The rate may differ from that paid at the time of booking. Billing Services: Guests who require a receipt for their stay must request one in writing prior to the last day of the month in which their reservation is paid. Check-In: 3:00pm.
- If you anticipate a late arrival, you must notify the Front Desk and confirm that you will be honoring your reservation. Currencies: Prices quoted in this statement are in US Dollars and are subject to currency variation. Check-Out: 12pm. Late check-outs may be available, but are subject to availability and additional charges.

- Proof of age with valid identification corresponding to the name on the reservation must be presented at check-in. - To confirm a reservation 7 days or less prior to the check-in date, the inventory needs to be verified and authorized in writing by Royal Holiday.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
Mandatory 7-night All-Inclusive program fees are per person, per night. At least 2 adults must stay a full week and cover the All-Inclusive fees per room. Others in the traveling party sharing the same room only pay for the number of nights staying (if less than 7 nights). • Children's fees apply from 7-12 years old. •Different fees apply during the same week confirmed. •Program includes all meals, snacks, domestic drinks, free passes for children to Kids Club & Kids Water Park, activities in the pool for adults and children, access to the gym, and free Wi-Fi.
