- **No elevator at the resort**
- All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.
- If a member wants to stay for less than 7 nights or will check in on a different date than the one they have confirmed, they will need to advise the resort at least 20 days prior to check-in. This can be done by emailing exchangereservations.club@palladiumtravelclub.com or calling 1-877-296-9330 for the US or 1-877-287-0724 for Canada.
- Members must contact the resort at least 15 days prior to arrival to provide their RCI ID, name, and number of adults and kids by emailing exchangereservations.club@palladiumtravelclub.com.
- Palladium Travel Club members cannot confirm any Palladium Resort through RCI. Room Service is available 24 hours with a fee of $10 USD per service, per room (up to 3 plates per person).
- To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
The resort has a mandatory all-inclusive program. Teens aged 13-17 are subject to a teen fee, and children aged 2-12 have a child fee. A minimum of 2 adults is required for hotel rooms, studios, and one-bedroom 4/2 units. For one-bedroom 8/4 units, a minimum of 3 adults is required. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Different fees apply for stays confirmed during the same week and will be charged daily based on the type of unit confirmed. The fees depend on the type of unit confirmed.
