- The mandatory Resort Fee charges apply to reservations made after June 15, 2024. Multiple and consecutive bookings are allowed but require a Guest Certificate starting with the second unit if the member travels on one of them. The Resort Fee will be charged per reservation. Prepay the fee 48 hours after confirmation or 30 days before check-in using the email from Vidanta with payment instructions.
- The resort will receive the update for the RCI reservation, including guest certificates, within 72 hours of confirmation. The fee does not cover local taxes. The resort fee includes a welcome cocktail, gym access for guests, daily housekeeping, internal transportation, Wi-Fi for up to three devices, local phone calls, an in-room lockbox, and a 20% discount at Vidanta Spa and Vidanta Golf.
- This resort has Mandatory Resort Fees. You are required to pay the applicable Mandatory Resort Fee listed in the Fees Tab on rci.com as of the date of confirmation. Pre-payment should be made 30 days before check-in date.
- Vidanta owners cannot confirm Vidanta properties through RCI, including Mayan Palace, The Bliss, Grand Mayan, Grand Bliss, Grand Luxxe, Celebrate, Kingdom of the Sun, and The Cascades.
