Unit Info
Three bedroom units features a full kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer and private balcony. The unit has a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, twin beds in a third bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Approximately 1,100 square feet. Maximum occupancy of eight. To begin your vacation, you may drive straight to Sandy Square. You will gain entry into your vacation unit utilizing a digital lock. Entering your unit to begin your vacation and throughout your stay will be as easy as dialing a phone number. To obtain your entry code, please call (443) 856-4275 on the day you are scheduled to check-in. For your convenience, you can call at any time after 2:00 p.m. on your check-in day to obtain your entry code, but again, the entry code will not work until 3:00 p.m. Your entry code is distinctive to your stay and will work only for the duration of your stay.

For same day reservations, RCI must call the resort prior to confirming to get access code. There is NO on site check in and resort must give special digital access instructions All inbounds must contact the resort at 443-856-4275 in advance to obtain access code to resort. Resort is undergoing refurbishment. Some construction activity should be expected.
Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.
Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
No management office on site. Uses digital lock system on entry doors. If arriving for stay on your check-in day after 7:00 p.m., or would like to have code in advance of arrival, call the Resort at 443-856-4275. Door entry codes can be obtained 3 p.m. on day of check-in. No front desk on site.
Most attractions and activities in the area are seasonal. No activities on site.
