Overview
It is located on Ipioca beach, in Maceio, about 22 km from the main beaches within the city and exit to the north coast of Alagoas. The Resort has all the leisure facilities, such as Minigolf, tennis court, children's mini water park, adult pool with wet deck, hot tub in the pool, pool bar, games room, gym, movie theater, gourmet area, kids' area, Spa, soccer field, beach tennis court. The project has Boulevard Luiz Vasconcelos, a complete structure, considered an open-air shopping mall, with a cultural stage, Praero Beach Club, Restaurants, hammocks and playground with children's zip-line and tree house.
