All Inclusive Information¹

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:

All-Inclusive mandatory – A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Reservations made from 02/12/2026 onward for the corresponding periods include, in the All-Inclusive rate, the 2026 Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinners. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Reservations made in advance do not include in the quoted rate the cost of these services, which are mandatory and must be paid directly to the hotel. Please contact the hotel to verify these amounts. The hotel has not yet informed the rates for the 2027 Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinners; the quotation for those dates DOES NOT INCLUDE these amounts. Please contact the hotel to confirm the values. The dinners are mandatory and charged separately, directly by the hotel. Snacks and light bites available at VisPool Bar and Bossa Lobby Bar & Restaurant. À la carte menu available at Bossa Lobby Bar & Restaurant. Beverages served individually at bars and restaurants: Non-alcoholic beverages: mineral water, coconut water, juices, special juices, espresso coffee, and soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages: beers (Heineken, Stella Artois, Corona, Budweiser, Blue Moon, Eisenbahn), 8-year imported whisky, house wine and sparkling wine, and a variety of cocktails. Minibar: Daily availability of 6 bottles of water (4 still and 2 sparkling), 2 soft drinks, and 2 Budweiser beers. Items will be replenished once per day (replenishment must be requested through room service). If more than one replenishment is requested, the full value of the additional items will be charged. Menu items not included in the package may be purchased at an additional cost, which will be charged to the room account. The All You Wish package is valid from 2:00 p.m. on the check-in day until 12:00 p.m. on the check-out day. Outside these hours, any consumption will be charged. The package is individual and non-transferable and may not be shared with guests who have not purchased the system.
