• Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinners are mandatory and have an additional charge, per day per person over 12 years old. Beverages are not included.
• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
• Mandatory food value Includes: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, drinks not included. * Rate of the pension subject to change at any time, without prior notice.
• Mandatory value excludes access to spas, drinks, fishing, and recreational activities such as horseback riding, carriage rides, electric car rides, pedal boats, bicycles, electronic games, tree climbing, and zip lines. Studio and hotel units have no privacy.
• Meals: MANDATORY FULL BOARD. Price per day per person. Children over 12 years old pay the adult rate; up to 12 years old stay free, provided they share the same apartment as their parents.
