Follow the PR-317 and BR-158 to BR-487 in Vila Guaruja, Campo Mourão for 1 hour 1 minute (86.6 km). Continue on BR-487. Drive to Rua A in Iretama for 44 min (46.3 km) until you reach the Termas de Jurema Resort.
