One-bedroom units can accommodate up to 4 guests with one bathroom, a queen bed, and a Murphy bed. Two-bedroom units can sleep up to 6 guests with two bathrooms, a king bed, a Murphy bed, and two twin beds or a king bed, a Murphy bed, and a queen bed.
