- Legendary or Palace Premier owners with active or inactive memberships and RCI membership beginning with (C086, 3159, C793 & F102) cannot travel to any “All-Inclusive Hard Rock” properties, and all violations will be canceled. They can travel to Hard Rock in Tenerife only (DE27, DG31 & DG32).
- Pet-friendly resort ONLY allows dogs and cats. Maximum two pets is allowed per room for USD $150 per pet per stay. The pet weight limit is 18 kilos/50 pounds. Guests staying with pets MUST sign an agreement upon check-in.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos took all the awesomeness of Rock & Roll and made it a vacation that has to be experienced to be believed. That means access to unbelievable, all-inclusive amenities like experiential dining at eight world-class restaurants, never-ending cocktails, legendary entertainment, and top-shelf everything across the board. It’s all day, all night, all included! Mandatory 5-day All-Inclusive Program. You must prepay the all-inclusive fees according to the seasonality of your travel. For High Season check-in dates between fees must be prepaid at least 45 days before the check-in date. If a reservation is not prepaid, it will NOT be eligible for the discount and may be canceled. For Low Season check-in dates you must prepay the all-inclusive fees at least 15 days before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellation Policies: Low Season (January 6 – December 20, excluding Holy Week): Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in: A one-night penalty applies Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in: No refund High Season (December 21 – January 5, and Holy Week): Cancellations made 45+ days before check-in: Full refund Cancellations made less than 45 days before check-in: No refund If a refund is not requested, the amount paid may be applied to a future reservation at any RCD resort, including: Hard Rock Cancun, Hard Rock Riviera Maya, Hard Rock Vallarta, Hard Rock Los Cabos, and Hard Rock Punta Cana.
