Due to parking pass requirements in the community where your resort is located, check-in is located off-site at 20 Executive Park Rd, Hilton Head, SC 29928. Check in hours are Saturday from 5pm until 8pm. If you are arriving after 8pm, please call 843-843-6556 and the front desk will be able to provide information for your after-hours check in process.
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
All points midweek check-ins must check in at 3:00pm to 5:00pm. Please notify the resort at 843-842-6556 for instructions for after-hours check ins.
Any points inbound staying more than 7 nights or crossing into the next week will have to change units.
