A comfortable oceanfront space for your family or friends to join you in an oceanic escape. Each Cottage Suite at SookePoint Ocean Cottage Resort offers a variety of layouts and bedding configurations – there’s sure to be one to suit you. There are many different view points including views of the open ocean or looking over the shoreline of Emerald Bay – the perfect spot to watch the local marine life and wave action during winter storms. Added features include an electric fireplace, in suite washer & dryer, fully equipped Chef’s kitchen, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, all linens and starter supplies like coffee and tea (we recommend bringing extra supplies of your favourite Keurig coffee pods or we have some available for purchase during front desk open hours).

This is not a traditional timeshare
SookePoint Ocean Cottage Resort is in a remote location with limited amenities. The Resort is 30 minutes to the grocery store and restaurants, we recommend bringing groceries and supplies you desire. Our close proximity to the US border means that cell service can switch to a US provider. We recommend turning off your data roaming, and using the complimentary WiFi provided in your cottage.
SookePoint Ocean Cottage Resort does not operate a 24-hour front desk. If you are planning on arriving after 5pm PST, please contact the Resort directly for after hours check-in instructions. An online waiver will need to be completed before you can obtain room keys and check-in package. Stairs are required to access suites. Extra person fees for guests that are 19 years old and up. 25.00 CAD per person per night plus taxes. This applies when more than the number of guests listed as ‘private’ is exceeded. Essentially anything more than 2 guests in the room types they've provided. Pet fees are now $25/pet/night for up to 2 dogs.
