- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Please be aware there are stairs leading to six units with no elevator access. Additionally, the resort is at a high altitude. Because of these two factors, the resort is not recommended for handicapped persons, the elderly, or those with heart conditions or breathing difficulties.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
