• A car electrical charger is available for a fee.
• A government issued PHOTO id is required at check-in.
• All bookings of 5 rooms or more are subject to the property’s group booking conditions. Full payment for standard rate or flexible rate group bookings must be made 30 days prior to the arrival date, and the credit or debit card taken at the time of booking will be charged accordingly. No cancellations or refunds are permitted once payment has been made.
• Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
• Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly.
• In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
• Please contact resort in case of late check in.
• Pool will be closed from April 21, 2025 to July 14, 2025.

• Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.

• The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests.
