Resort Fees
- Service fee is 49 U.S. dollars . Cash or Credit is accepted. The hotel service fee is $49 per room per stay for all guests upon check-in.
- Mandatory security deposit fee is 7000000 local currency . Cash or Credit is accepted. Upon check-in, there is a deposit fee per room, per stay for all guests.

Other Information
- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- If you will not arrive at check-in before midnight, please inform the resort at least one day before arrival. Maximum occupancy of our units is strictly enforced, and extra beds are not offered.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Smelly foods and un-processed foods are not allowed to be brought into the resort - such as: fish sauce, durian, sea food, chicken and duck. Resort will not allow guests to keep food spices. Guests are not allowed to receive or order outside food from the resort. Guests are not allowed to sell food at the resort; the resort will apply a penalty of 1.000.000VND for violators.
- The resort amenities are provided upon arrival and restocked on Wednesday or Thursday, as the hotel only replenishes them twice a week. A minimart is available inside the resort if the member or guest needs to purchase additional items for their stay. Room cleaning will be provided daily, as the guest will be required to pay a $49 hotel service fee upon arrival.
- The stove is only to be used to warm up food. Cooking is not allowed. Cooking equipment cannot be brought into the room.
