All units not occupied by the confirming member MUST HAVE a Guest Certificate. The name on the GC MUST BE one of the guests staying in the assigned unit. If confirming multiple units on-line, create the confirmations FIRST, then call the call center to have the Guest Certificates assigned.

Please note that for RCI Points reservations, it may be necessary to move to a different unit during your stay.

Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
Smoking is not allowed in units.
The resort offers optional amenities that are not mandatory for check-in but require an additional fee to access. The Smuggs Pass information and pricing is available on www.smuggs.com. The on-site restaurant remains closed for maintenance in the Spring and Fall, but the on-site Country Store is open seven days a week. The resort shuttle is only operational during certain seasons.
