Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 10750.00 local currency, per week, . Cash or Credit is accepted. 1 Bedroom unit/week. Plus 18% GST applicable. Utility charges need to be paid 15 days in advance.
Resort Fees
- Mandatory security deposit fee is 5000.00 local currency . Cash or Credit is accepted. Security deposit should be paid at the time of check-in.

Policy Restrictions

Other Information
- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Cancellation policy related to utility charges applicable only if there is e-mail communication sent to reservations@pushpamresorts.com. If there is no communication on mail then the utility amount paid shall be forfeited.
- Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, please call / check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort has only Pure Veg Multi Cuisine Restaurant. Non-Veg foods are not allowed inside the resort. Free Wi-Fi available only in the F & B Outlet area Do not confirm any units less than 14days to check-in. Pets (Only Cats and Dogs ) are allowed. The resort needs to be informed prior to check-in, in writing.
- Utility charges need to be paid 15 days in advance prior to check-in date. Contact reservations@pushpamresorts.com for the rooms to be confirmed at the Developer's end or else the rooms will not be allotted. Utility Fee needs to be paid in full regardless of number of days stayed at the resort. Resort strictly adheres to unit occupancy. Guest Certificate Policy: 48 hours prior notice.
