Nestled amidst the breathtaking panoramic views of Hawaii's Kona Coast, the Kona Coast Resort sits on 21 acres of beautiful tropical gardens. You can enjoy the serene beauty of palm trees and calm waters from the comfort of your spacious villa accommodations. The resort offers a variety of activities, including two swimming pools, three hot tubs, a playground, tennis courts, beach volleyball, and two fitness centers. You can also participate in on-site activities such as hula lessons. The adjacent Kona Country Club's 36-hole golf course is a great place to play a round of golf. You can even visit an active volcano on foot or in a helicopter. Plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options are located directly across from the resort, making it the perfect place to stay on your Big Island vacation.

Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory usage fee is 66.00 USD, per stay, for 1 bedroom units. Only Credit Cards accepted. Optional, if guests want air conditioning, the fee is required.

Resort Fees
- Mandatory occupancy tax fee is 11.83 USD for 1 bedroom units, per unit, per night, plus tax. Only Credit Cards accepted. Due at check-in.
- Mandatory occupancy tax fee is 16.00 USD for 2 bedroom units, per unit, per night, plus tax. Only Credit Cards accepted. Due at check-in.
- Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 USD for all units, per unit, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. The deposit is required at check-in for incidental charges during your stay.
Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations less than 7-night stays: There may be a fee of 111.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory fee.
