Other Information

  • Any guest intending to arrive late must contact the resort prior to their scheduled check-in date to provide notice. If no late-arrival notification is received, the reservation will be canceled the day following the scheduled arrival date.
  • Armed Forces Vacation Club guests can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period.
  • Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
  • From April 1 - September 30, the clubhouse and front desk will be open Monday - Thursday & Saturday from 8:30am - 7pm and from 8:30am - 8:00pm Friday and Sunday. From October 1 - March 31, the clubhouse and front desk will be open daily from 8:30am - 7pm.
  • If arriving outside of our scheduled check-in hours, guests must notify the resort at least three days in advance at (843) 681-3582 to receive after-hours check-in procedures. Special needs should be discussed with the resort at least three weeks before arrival.
  • Parking spaces are limited to two per unit.
  • Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
  • Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
  • The 2026 complimentary beach shuttle will run from April 6th through September 20th. For bike rental reservations, please call Wheelz at (843) 842-4445 three days before arrival. The pool bar is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend and offers light snacks, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages
