Facilities: Restaurant, two swimming pools, one is an infinity pool, children's pool, gym, hot tub, conference room, spa, tennis and basketball courts, wet bar, pool tables, terraces overlooking the sea, internal transportation, beach volleyball , supermarket, recreational activities and entertainment for the whole family, hiking and nightly shows.

- Recreation center will be closed from May 1, Annually to October 31, Annually.
- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
- This resort is not on the beach, but has access to a Beach Club. Mandatory Fee for Beach Club access. *Beach Club closes every year during the month of October for renovations. Restrictions: This resort can only be confirmed once every 4 years, based on the anniversary year. Consecutive weeks or multiple reservations within Group resorts D930, DS92, D989, and Q524 are not permitted.
- Violations must be cancelled but if not member will be charged rack rate for the additional units upon arrival. D989 BREEZE PRIVATE RESIDENCE CLUB PREMIER Owners are not allowed to confirm any reservation (exchange or rental) into this property. Housekeeping is provided only on Wednesdays (towels, change of sheets - but dishes are not washed); additional cost if you require daily housekeeping.
