Gym, dry sauna, 2 massage rooms, one for couples with a hot tub. A modern lobby bar with varied attractions will also be a new point in the city. Extra services: the reception is trained to facilitate any type of tour and / or transfer required.

- Check-in is 2pm and check-out is 10am. Children under 12 years of age are considered children. Check-in days are always on Sundays.
- Cleaning twice a week. The Gramado Parks resorts offer free transportation to the center of Gramado and Canela. The schedule varies from 9:00 AM to 7:40 PM. Arrange transportation and reception.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

- Optional breakfast fees are for guests 13+ and children 8 to 12 years. Children under 7 years old are free. The fee is per person, per day. Breakfast prices are subject to change without prior notice.
