Overview
Asenza Beach Resort is located in Pitimbu, on the Southern Coast of Paraíba, about an hour from João Pessoa and 2 hours from Recife. We offer one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom air-conditioned bungalows, with a kitchen and balcony. This is the only all-inclusive resort in the state, providing breakfast, lunch, buffet & a la carte dinners, desserts, snacks, and bar services. Guests will enjoy our on-site amenities including adult and children's swimming pools, boating, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, a children's playground area, and a library. We also offer a leisure and garden area, Wi-Fi, free parking, and a 24-hour reception desk.

- Breakfast is from 07:30 to 10:00. Lunch is from 12:00 to 14:00. Afternoon tea: 16:30 to 17:30. Dinner is from 19:00 to 21:30.
- Due to the meeting of the sea and river waters, the sea is not suitable for children due to the waves.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
The all-inclusive program is mandatory, and prepayment of the meal plan is required. Payment at check-in directly at the hotel is not possible. The resort may contact you in advance to facilitate the payment. The all-inclusive program includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, and a menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There is also an ice cream kiosk available. The buffet is open for breakfast from 7:30am to 10am, lunch from 12pm to 2pm, afternoon tea from 4:30pm to 5:30pm, and dinner from 7pm to 9:30pm. Bar service is available from 9am to 9:30pm, and the ice cream kiosk is open from 9am to 9pm. Children 4 to 12 years old will be charged 50% of the adult price.
