Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in all-inclusive and are required to pay the associated fees. You'll pay a base price when you book with Armed Forces Vacation Club and additional fees will be due directly to the resort at or before check-in. The additional fees are detailed on each resort's page as well as during the booking process.

Other Information
Hotel Unit Unlimited Luxury Program includes all meals, cocktails & beverages. All rooms have balcony, air-conditioning, 24-hour room service, mini bar refreshed daily, bathroom with shower, telephone, flat screen cable TV, safe box, DVD, coffee & tea maker & deluxe amenities, Twice-daily maid service. Accommodations provide maximum occupancy for 3 adults but will accept 2 adults & 2 children under the age of 12.
Small dogs welcome, under 10kg, Dreams Flora Resort & Spa now welcomes small dogs (under 22 lbs. or 10 kg) in their accommodations and on property. This service is available for $65.00 USD per night. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
If a Guest Certificate is added after the reservation was booked, email certificate to allinclusivepre-payment@globalbureau.com In order to receive ALL of the owner benefits and discounts, UVC owners cannot confirm UVC properties (Dreams, Secrets, Now, Breathless, Zoetry & Sunscape) thru RCI. Violations will be cancelled
To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation
Studio Unit Preferred Program additionally includes private check-in & check-out area with lounge bar, in-room internet access, pillow menu, Hot tub, Preferred Club member-only á la carte restaurant, open during breakfast and lunch, upgraded mini bar, upgraded room service menu, private continental breakfast, private beach with fine liquors bar & snack services and preferred treatment,
Members must call GBS/UVC at least 3 days before check in if more than 2 people are traveling or the reservation will be made for 2 adults by default.
